Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clearwater/US 19 N by IHG

The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Christina and Jacob helped return a personal item I had accidentally left behind and I couldn't be more appreciative! I was not expecting to get it back and they went above and beyond to ship it to me, thank you so much! The hot breakfast was delicious and allowed me to work without having to go out to find a restaurant. I also loved the Italian restaurant next door, it was also super close and convenient. Overall, a great stay!

I had another extended stay at this hotel due to work. Every member of this staff is totally dedicated to it's customers! The manager (Ms. Nancy) is such a nice person, the font desk staff (Mr. David and Jake) know everything about the area and can point you in the right direction for anything, even their maintenance staff (Ja'Tori and Ramon) were more than friendly and helpful with anything you need! I'll definitely be back to this hotel on my leisure time!!!!

This hotel was very nicely updated, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was great and a perfect start to the day. Most of all, David truly stood out he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and such a great face for the hotel. The customer service is what really made my experience exceptional. I will definitely be back.

We stayed here with our softball team and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even created a beautiful pine welcome sign for our team and adjusted breakfast hours to accommodate our early morning games—such a thoughtful touch! Every member of the staff was kind and helpful, and we’d especially like to recognize David at the front desk. He was amazing—always smiling and providing excellent service, even after long late-night shifts. It truly felt like he worked nonstop to ensure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel for teams, families, or anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

Great stay as usual with Holiday Inn Express. I wish the bathroom mirror light wasn't so assaultingly bright. Seriously, try to go potty in the middle of the night and there's no dimmer option, it was like standing on the surface of the sun when you flip that switch. Other then that, stay was great.

This hotel is great and super clean. The breakfast is delicious and the front desk people super welcoming and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We will be back soon.

Jake was amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Breakfast was AMAZING, huge and more than I’ve ever seen in any hotel. Honestly one of the nicest, cleanest and best well kept hotels I’ve ever stayed in In over 7 states in 38 years. I would highly recommend and prices were well below average what you’d expect and worth every penny. David as well went out of his way to help with anything we needed. Five stars was an easy choice.

This particular hotel was like any other....in appearances only! LOL The STAFF....FAR EXCEEDED human compassion and hospitality. Indeed, they all pitched in to make my stay quite enjoyable. From their warm morning smiles to late night requests, always accommodating and genuinely kind individuals. Although I never knew the morning breakfast prep crew...they put on an AMAZING SHOW!! SOMETIMES SERVING OVER 300+PEOPLE ENDLESS BREAKFAST! SUPER HEROS in my book! David at guest services and Jake made me feel so at home. Always making sure my stay was pleasant asking if I needed anything. What this staff didn't know is I was/am going through quite a transition at the moment and that stay was so very precious to me so THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!! From the bottom of my heart If in the North Largo area be sure to visit this location. And Central Largo Park is right out your door not to mention the beach is 4mi INDIAN ROCKS BEACH and the Pinnellas Bike Trail for riding enthusiasts.
